Today, I saw a TV program to be completely happy, you always think of things that make you happy. It's like a muscle, you have to make it work frrecuentemente, because otherwise it becomes weak and useless.
There is also an exercise that is every night before bed, you have to think of 10 things that have made you happy on that day. I recommend doing 15 das; really hard to search only the top 10 good things!. But then you find them;)
